Yoga and Oral Sex

Posted by Admin

We all know the benefits of yoga: improved flexibility, strength, better posture, stress management, muscle toning, great body, and so on. But did you know that yoga can help you give better oral sex? If you’re surprised or wondering what the connection is, you aren’t the only person. Many women automatically think that there can’t be a connection between the two. But, believe me, yoga can definitely help improve your ,oral sex performance, and help you in other areas of your sex life as well.

A very important thing to remember is that being fit and looking great is likely to improve your self-confidence. When women look good, they show off their bodies more. Which will help a lot in the bedroom. Men love visual stimulation, and enjoy looking at their partners while they’re giving them oral sex. So if you have a well-toned yoga body that you feel great in, he will be even more pleased. Both his and your level of satisfaction en enjoyment will increase. How amazing is that?

Another benefit of yoga is strength. Almost all yoga poses build core strength in your abdominal muscles. Now, we all know one of the most common fellatio positions is when the woman kneels between her partner’s legs. While this position allows for easy deep throat ( and is also a favorite of the guys out there), you can get really sore legs and even a sore neck if you’re not used to it. But with a stronger core, you’re more likely to sit and stand tall, meaning you’ll be able to stay longer and feel more comfortable while giving him oral sex.

In addition, yoga increases the lubrication in the joints. That’s wonderful news for your knees. Again, if you’re kneeling in front of him, it will be easier for you to bear -and you’ll stay longer in that position.

Also, the increased flexibility you’ll gain will help you try other exciting positions more easily. Oral sex can be a strain on your neck and hands. But the more you practice yoga, the more you’ll stretch and the more flexible you’ll become, the less stress on your joints or neck.  Practicing yoga will also give you a better awareness of your body. When you understand your body and its limits better, you’ll know what will make you feel comfortable and what won’t, and you’ll improve your sex life considerably.
